• Kraft paper+conveyor belt; The belt is equipped with a guide strip to prevent deviation. The paper transmission speed matches the belt. Feeding and the receiving end are equipped with tensioning devices to ensure the flatness of the paper transmission and smooth workpiece transmission.

  

• The tension between the driving and driven rollers can be adjusted to ensure stable power transmission.
• Servo motor drives the spray gun group to move back and forth to ensure stable moving speed and accurate spraying position.
• The spraying system regulates the spraying volume through ball valve and air valve.
• The top of the spray chamber is equipped with a filter device to improve the painting rate and the cleanliness of the spray chamber and ensure the spraying effect.
• Both sides of the conveying section of the spray chamber are provided with filter paper, and the filter tank is provided with filter cotton; Paint mist is filtered by filter paper and cotton,then discharged by exhaust fan.
• The conveying front end is equipped with a light curtain system to detect the shape and position of the workpiece, control the opening and closing of the spray gun, and minimize paint waste;
• Equipped with online interface to realize single action and linkage control;
