Overview

5 Axis Door Spraying Machine adopts 3 D vision camera, which can automatically identify the size and outline of the sprayed piece and realize highly automatic spraying.

1. The spray gun can realize: horizontal movement of X , Y and Z axis moving up & down, horizontal rotation of U axis, and R axis swinging up & down. The movement of each axis requires smooth and flexible movement, no jamming phenomenon, and lower noise.
2. Optional dual station working platform.It can do 180° of positive & negative smooth rotation, the end of rotation has buffer shock absorption function, without rebound & jitter phenomenon. The workpiece frame of the turntable is made of aluminum profile, which can adapt to the positioning.
3. The body frame is welded and processed with national standard steel, has no deficiency welding defects. The frame adopts assembled structure (the assembly form should be able to meet the requirements of entering the installation site), and the overall structure is well rigid. The surface should be completely clean, and surface painting is firm and beautiful.
4. The protective door can automatically move up and down, so that the spray paint space can achieve a sealed effect. Glass observation window on the side of the machine;
5. The spray gun holder is made of aluminum alloy gun holder, with 360 degrees horizontal and 90 degrees vertical are adjustable
6. The slide is lubrby automatic refueling and reliable lubrication.
7. The slide track is protected by reliable dust cover, and adopts the high-speed silent track of Taiwan brand.
8. The number of spray guns uses 2 guns, and can control their spray and stop spray to complete different functions.
9. Paint oil supply system, oil supply pressure and flow stability, color change is fast, convenient and reliable.
10. The spraying drive device is accurately driven by the Japanese Fuji servo motor to ensure the accuracy of spray. Driving function is sufficient to ensure smooth spraying operation. The control line of driving servo motor adopts German resistant brand.
11. The control adopts reliable computer program system and good HMI. No need to input the size of the workpiece and the number of painting, as the camera can automatically read and transmit signal data to PLC & industrial computer for generating painting program.
12. Touch mode display screen: fault display, running speed, spraying speed, parameter setting, real-time display of working state.
13. Safety function configuration: emergency shutdown and safety emergency stop device; machine configuration overload protection function; intake pressure and pressure adjustable display table;
14.
