Overview

1. Numerical control adjustment: All machine adjustments are automatically completed through the touch screen, including: sand roller speed, sand roller lifting, pressure roller lifting, belt speed, swing speed, etc;

2. Heavy duty split structure: The working units can be effectively combined to achieve the high surface sanding effect required by customers;

3. Mechanical structure:

A. The conveyor belt remains stationary and the working group is raised and lowered, which is a floating structure that can be connected to UV and other paint production lines;

B: The pressure roller and the working group are separately and independently adjustable, and can sand and sharpen plates with deeper grooves;

C: Each working group adopts independent VFD, which can adjust the corresponding speed according to the different materials and paints.

4. The whole machine adopts well-known brand electrical components.
